Pineapple Augratin Casserole
2 cans tidbit pineapple, drained (retain juice}
3 Tablespoons pineapple Juice
3/4 cup sugar
2 Cups mild or sharp,grated cheese
3 Tablespoons flour
1 stick margarine, melted
1 stack Ritz Crackers
Mix pineapple, sugar, flour, pineapple juice and cheese. Pour in a 2 quart
casserole
dish; cover with crushed crackers. Drizzle melted butter over casserole.
Bake at
350 degrees approximately 30 minutes until bubbles.
