Mama's Creamy Hash Brown Casserole Recipe
Ingredients list of 9 items 1/2 pound southern hash browns 1/8 cup soft butter 1/4 cup cream of chicken soup 3 ounces cheddar, grated 2 ounces sour cream 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 onion, chopped 1/2 cup cornflakes, crushed 1/4 stick butter list end Instructions list of 5 items 1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Line 13X9 inch pan with potatoes. 3. Mix next six ingredients well. Spoon over potatoes. 4. Top with cornflakes. Slice stick butter over the top , covering as much as you can. 5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes. Might need to use a bigger pan as it sometimes runs over, but this is the size from the original recipe. list end.
