There are 8 ounces in one cup. I think the sour cream would be 1/4 cup. I
use a kitchen scale to weigh cheese to get accurate measurements.

1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Line 13X9 inch pan with potatoes.

4. Top with cornflakes. Slice stick butter over the top , covering as

5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes. Might need to use a bigger pan
as
it sometimes runs over, but this is the size from the original recipe.
