Angel Food Dessert
This is an almost guilt-free dessert that looks and tastes delicious. This
would make a great low-fat dessert for Mother's Day or July 4th.

Ingredients:
. 1 12-ounce Angel Food Cake (loaf)
. 1/2 tub fat-free whipped topping
. 1/2 cup strawberry preserves
. 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
Preparation:
Slice angel food cake horizontally into thirds. Spread preserves on bottom
layer, followed by 1/3 whipped topping. Spread the next layer with preserves
followed by whipped topping, and place on top of bottom layer. Add the top
layer of angel food cake. Spread with remaining whipped topping, then
arrange
sliced strawberries on top. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Slice using a
serrated knife.
