I have the one with the 3 buttons for the different sizes of beverage, and think the largest is six ounces. Mine was accurate for about the first year, and now think the computer in it has a mind of its own, and that it soon will be giving up; when my sons are here, and we put water in it, they say the display goes totally! Berserk, and does not even show heating up or when ready to brew. We came to the conclusion that the heat element is soon going out so we decided to wait a long time, like 15 to 20 minutes before putting in the K cup and pressing the selected size cup we want, and it works better. You might try that! I never heard of a mini one; this takes the standard K cups; I hear from friends that the newest pots will no longer use the K cups, but some other shaped type of k cup. Also, remember to press the power button to of course turn it on, and if you do not wish to use a K cup, but rather, prefer tea bag in your cup or a packet of hot chocolate mix, you have to lift up on the thing where you insert the K cup to make it believe you are using a K cup, and then choose your setting for the amount of water you want to heat up.
That was mentioned in the instructions! Although there are buttons on it to make choices of size of cup and strength of coffee, there is no way that we can be certain of either size or strength because it doesn't speak the setting to us. The other issue is that ours seems to change its mind about settings without any reason that I can understand, even if a sighted person has set it properly. In other words, I don't use the maker unless I am desperate. Does anyone have suggestions that might help? ----- Original Message ----- From: "Susan Lumpkin" <slump...@austin.rr.com> To: <cozykitc...@yahoogroups.com> Cc: <cookinginthedark@acbradio.org> Sent: Saturday, July 21, 2012 4:48 PM Subject: [CnD] Keurig Coffee Maker > Hi, > > Do any of you have the Keurig Mini coffee maker?
