It almost sounds like making sauerbraten but with chicken instead of pork.

I'm wondering if it is something they named themselves. It was a
chicken Brest that was pounded out thin and either pan friend or oven fried.
The flavor was sweet as well as savory. We keep trying to recreate it, but
so far haven't figured it out. It was lightly breaded and extremely moist
and tender. I guess we'll just keep trying. Thanks so much for everyone's
