Hi Charles, This recipe is easy. The recipe starts with 4lbs of pork ribs, but I am quite sure it could be modified.
ORANGE GLAZED RIBS 4 lb. pork spareribs 2/3 c. orange marmalade 3 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. lemon juice 3/4 tsp. ground ginger Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place ribs meaty side down in shallow pan. Bake 450 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, drain off fat, turn ribs meaty side up. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking 30 minutes more. Combine marmalade, soy sauce, lemon juice and ginger. Spoon half of the sauce over ribs, bake 30 more minutes, spooning rest of sauce over ribs. Garnish with orange slices. The weight is roughly 10 pounds. I'm looking for a recipe and tips, not! from! the! Internet!, but something that you, as a blind cook, have done. I'm looking for personal, first-hand experience. I am looking for something very easy to do. Temperature setting, cooking time, spicing tips, all that sort of stuff. I would prefer not to have to use the broiler, because I'm not sure if it works. The simpler the recipe, the better. Thanks in advance. --- Shepherds are the best beasts, but Labs are a close second. _______________________________________________ Cookinginthedark mailing list [email protected] http://acbradio.org/mailman/listinfo/cookinginthedark _______________________________________________ Cookinginthedark mailing list [email protected] http://acbradio.org/mailman/listinfo/cookinginthedark
