You could also toss some soba noodles into that broth but be prepared to 
turn the heat off after about 20 seconds since your noodles will be al 
dente by that time in that broth.  I bought a large package of those 
noodles at Big Lots and it's a long plastic package with what appears to 
be thick spaghetti in it.  If I were going to use broth up that way, the 
seasonings would already have been in the broth and the carcass would have 
been removed since the noodles would be the last addition.
