Here's one. I have tried this one and thought it good. I don't remember
where I got it originally.
SUPER EASY SUPPER
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup milk
1 package stuffing mix, with seasoning packet (Stove Top works great)
1 cup water
Salt and pepper to taste
Place chicken in crockpot. Combine soup and milk and pour over chicken.
Combine stuffing, seasoning, and water and spoon over soup and chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

What I'm looking for are recipes for the crock pot in which you do not have
to cook ingredients elsewhere before using the crock pot. I only want
recipes that you, as a blind person, have prepared. I do not want recipes
taken from the Internet that are untried. Mostly, I would like recipes that
are easy, extremely meaty, and that do not result in a lot of broth. No
soups, please. Thanks.

One tip from me: I found by experience that this dries out when warming up
leftovers. If you have chicken broth, you may want to add a little to the
leftovers before warming them.
Enjoy,
Becky
