Hi, Jeri,

You probably won't like curry since it has tumeric in it, as well as such 
spices as cinnamon, cardamom, red pepper, ginger, etc., depending on the type 
of curry.  But, you can leave out the curry powder, and make a mild gravy using 
broth and thickening it, adding other vegetables and making a stew.

You can also make fried rice with it.
