Out-of-Season Peach Cobbler 1/2 cup margarine 1 cup sugar 1 cup flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 3/4 cup milk 1 (29 oz.) can peaches with juice
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Melt margarine in a 2 quart baking dish. In mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour and baking powder. Add the milk. Pour over butter. DO NOT MIX. Add peaches and juice on top. Bake 40 minutes.
