I made a lemon bunt cake and an apple bread yesterday. When I went to get them out of the bunt pan and loaf pans respectively, they both fell apart. I am good at getting things turned out onto different pans after baking, so I don't know what happened! Both pans were buttered adequately, and I let the cake and bread cool off. In fact, I didn't try to get them out until this morning. Now, I'm scrambling to get other things baked, prior to my sister's Superbowl party later today!
