Oh that sounds great. Love white garlic sauce like that. At least I think
that's what it is called. Love those little tubes of pasta too.
Made some Italian chicken and pasta soup with those those little cork screw
shaped pasta. It's simmering now.

ziti with garlic sauce
Today while fixing a bowl of berries and other fruit with Greek yogurt, I
felt some ziti I cooked a couple days ago and figure a garlic sauce would
be a great way of using the ziti's up.
1/4 cup of olive oil
2 tablespoons of butter
4 or 5 cloves of garlic chopped
Black pepper, oregano, and basil to taste
Add the oil to the skillet and than the butter. When the butter is
melted, add the garlic and seasoning. Let the sauce simmer for about 5
minutes and add the ziti's. Just before serving add some kalamata sliced
olives.
