Subject: [CnD] Needed Receipe For Crockpot BarBQ Pork Ribs

Happy St. Patrick's Day to All
There was a receipe posted some time ago for pork ribs with BarBQ souce on them. I made it and it was wonderful, however I don't seem to have it anymore and I was wondering if anyone has this receipe or similar and requires a crockpot and has the BarBQ souce on it. I want to make it for Supper tonight.
Thanks in advance.
Linda

Subject: [CnD] Crock pot Lasagna

Crockpot lasagna

1 can of spaghetti sauce (26 ounce)
9 lasagna no cook noodles
1 tub ricotta or cottage cheese. I prefer the cottage.
1 onion chopped
1 pound of burger or more to taste
As much a chopped fresh cloves of garlic as you like. About 4 to 6 cloves for me. Oregano, basil, salt/pepper to taste. For me, it is a pinch of this and that. Sauté the onion in a little oil add the garlic. Add and brown the burger, one can use sausage and burger or just one or the other. Now that the meat is done, add the sauce. And some hot crush pepper, I do.
For easy clean up, spray the crock pot insert.
Put a little sauce in the bottom of pot. layer 3 of the noodles. More sauce. the cheese. You can sprinkle on some hard Italian grated cheese if you like. layer three more noodles and the sauce, cheese. the noodles, sauce and the cheese. Now you should have three layers of the noodle with the rest of the sauce over the last layer.

If you put the crock on high for 1 hour and than to low for the last half hour the lasagna should be done. If the noodle are soft, so is the lasagna.
3 to 4 hours if the pot is set at low.

If cooked in the oven. Put in lasagna dish and do as above, except soak noodles first for about 15 minutes. Set oven to 350 degrees F and bake for 45 minutes.
RJ
P. S. I usually put foil over the lasagna if baking in the oven, and take it off the last fifteen minutes if baking in oven.
