One thing I love is kale chips. All you do is put the kale in a baking dish
or cookie tray and lightly sprinkle with olive oil; then put whatever
seasonings you want. Can't remember how long I cooked for, butmaybe about 15
or 20 minutes at 350. Enjoy

Subject: [CnD] Kale Question

Hello listers,

I am in a mood where I want to try some new things. Along with the yam which
I baked on Easter I would like to try kale. Anyone have some cooking ideas?
How would I cook it--simply--to get the full flavor?
And then, anyone have some recipes using kale as an ingredient? Any help
would be very much appreciated.

BTW, the yam was good. I baked it and ate it buttered with a little salt and
pepper. No marshmalow, brown sugar stuff on my yam--thanks anyway.

Sherri
