Hi, this recipe does provide a very savory flavor.  There is just enough
garlic to make it interesting and the batter really helps to keep all of the
moisture in the chicken.  Mike

Hi Mike. 
This recipe sounds very good. I recently saw an add for a fast food place
that was advertising their chicken and waffles. It was chicken tenders,
coated in a waffle or pancake batter and then deep fried. So do you get that
sweet and savory flavor?
