Mocha Frosting

 

Ingredients:

6 tablespoons dry cocoa

6 tablespoons strong hot coffee

6 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon vanilla

3 cups powdered sugar

 

Directions:

Mix together the first four ingredients. Add the powdered sugar a little at
a time until the frosting is of the right spreading consistency. Frosts and
fills 2 8 or 9 inch cake layers.
