So does anyone have any relatively follproof techniques for igniting the
bourbon in this recipe?

Subject: [CnD] Bourbon Pumpkin Pecan Pie.

Hi,

Here is what I understand about this recipe from reading the directions. 3
tablespoons of bourbon are added to the pie filling; two tablespoons are
added to the topping of butter and pecans mixed with brown sugar; the final
two tablespoons are used to create flaming pie for a great but brief show at
the time of presentation to the table of guests.

Hope this clarifies any confusion.

Blessings,
Alice
