That's exactly why I only buy all beef sausages. They are firmer and keep their texture, as well as their flavor. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Nicole Massey" <[email protected]>

Sounds good. I would suggest, however, that this be limited to non-turkey
kielbasa, as the turkey types tend to lose their seasoning when cooked with
any liquid passing through them, resulting in a fairly generic flavorless
meat.

    Ingredients:
a.. 3 to 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
  b.. 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
c.. 2 cans green beans, (15oz each) drained
d.. 1 medium onion, quartered( I use dried minced onion flakes)
  e.. 1 clove garlic, minced
f.. 2 cans (10 3/4 ounces each) condensed Cream of Mushroom soup
g.. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation:
Layer potatoes, kielbasa, green beans, onion, garlic, cream of mushroom
soup, and shredded cheddar cheese in the crockpot in the order listed

Cook on LOW for 5 to 7 hours.
Vickie's Note: I have cooked this as long as 11 hours, it only gets
better.
