Hi everyone,
If they have something to hold them together, nearly any meatloaf recipe can be made into meatballs. You are only limited by your budget and immagination.

Below is a recipe using pre-made frozen cooked meatballs. I'm sure you could make the meatballs from scratch, cook them then freeze for later use. If there isn't time for that, buy ready-made meatballs and proceed to make this sauce.

I learned that golden mushroom soup is a beef and mushroom concoction. It's different from cream of mushroom soup. Personally, I think some onion flavor would make this sauce better.

I made a few editorial changes but here's the gist of what the original message says:

This recipe is one of the easiest but tastiest meatball recipes I have made. It can easily be cut in half or increased in size. It is done in a crockpot which makes serving even easier. I usually have a slotted spoon to dish the meatballs on to plates and then I have toothpicks alongside the crockpot so guests can serve themselves.

Theresa's meatballs

5 pounds frozen cooked meatballs, thawed
2 (10 1/2 oz) cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
2 (10 1/2 oz) cans golden mushroom soup, undiluted
2 (14.5 oz) cans beef broth (I like to get the low sodium)
2 envelopes brown gravy mix

Combine all sauce ingredients in the crockpot. Mix well. Add the meatballs and make sure they are coated with sauce. cover and cook on Low - 6 hours or High - 3 hours.
