A small ham. First you coat it or rub it with a brown sugar and mustard
mixture. 1 tablespoon of mustard and 3 tablespoons of brown sugar. Lay the
ham, face side down after pouring in a cup of juice, apple, pineapple or
even peach juice out of a can of peaches. Than you can have the peaches for
dessert. Or the pineapple. Set the crockpot on low and let it do it thing
for 4 to 6 hours. Place some sweet potatoes on top of the ham the last two
hours and with a salad you have a meal.

Subject: [CnD] Something easy
Hi there,
I hope I can get some assistance. I need a recipe for something easy yet
good that I could make in the crock pot. I'm having company in a few days
and need to prepare a meal for dinner but have limited cooking experience.
It would have to be either chicken or pork. I can get some ingredients for
sure. I suppose I could also do something simple in the oven if that
would
be just as easy.
So, anything quick and easy would be great for this novice.
Thanks!
Will
