This sounds delicious and satisfying on one of these cold winter days. How long do you cook it?

Subject: [CnD] Polish cabbage soup

Polish cabbage soup
1 half small head of cabbage (chopped as you prefer)
a bunch of carrots. (using baby carrot (slice less than a quarter inch thick)
Few sticks of celery ( chopped)
some kielbasa
cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 can of stewed tomatoes crushed, juice and all
1 can of navy beans ( Any beans will do, just rinse them)
2 cans of broth (14/2 ounces) I used beef for this one. Couple potatoes ( cubed)

Now add the seasoning to suit your taste. I just added black pepper and will add the salt at the table. Never know how the kielbasa is for salt. And you ask why I use these ingredients? Simple, I am cleaning out the refrigerator
