For those biscuits, if they are homemade with shortenin', Over time, it

are concerned about them sticking.

Subject: [CnD] Foil and Parchment.
Hi, all,
I've been following this thread about using foil in the oven. Foil is
perfectly safe to use, to cover the top of a casserole, turkey or chicken,
or to line a baking pan. It should never be used to cover the top part of
a broiler because the grease from the meat has to drip down into the
bottom of the pan.
Foil (unless you buy the nonstick variety), is not nonstick. If you wish,
you can spray the foil with vegetable cooking spray and the food will come
away easily from the foil.
Parchment is another good product for lining baking sheets and pans. I've
noticed though that it becomes brittle when subjected to temperatures
above 375 degrees. So, if you are baking biscuits, it would be better to
use foil sprayed with cooking spray.
Hope this helps.
Blessings,
Alice
