(Reformatted to fix the I-Phone bottom posting problem)
I may be wrong on this, but whole chicken breasts are pretty big, and what
we get in IQF packages is actually a "split" breast, so for any recipes that
call for whole chicken breasts you'd use two split ones. Split chicken
breast is the default, much like how a medium egg is the default in recipes.
Please correct me if I'm not understanding things correctly.
