Applesauce Meatloaf 2 pounds ground beef 3/4 cup applesauce 1 cup breadcrumbs 2 teaspoons salt, preferably kosher salt freshly ground pepper 2 eggs 2 tablespoons chopped onion 1/2 cup whole milk 1/4 cup catsup 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
Combine first 8 ingredients, form into a loaf. Combine catsup, sugar and mustard in a small bowl.
