Zack's Meatloaf
1 pound lean ground beef
1/4 cup catsup
1/2 cup water
1-1/2 cup Stovetop stuffing for beef or chicken
1 egg
Mix everything until thoroughly blended and form into a loaf.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for one hour.
A light glazing of catsup may be put over this during the final 30 minutes
of cooking time.
I named this meatloaf after my special little doggie, Zack. One night we had
it for  supper, and I had a quick phone call and discovered when I returned
to the kitchen that my Zacky had eaten the other half!

Hello I am looking for meatloaf recipes I know one was put out but are there
others with different ingredients? Does anyone know how to make a
cheeseburger meatloaf?
My sister made one using basil but don't remember the other ingredients she
used, I have asked her for that recipe but never got it so does anyone have
other ways to make meatloaf? Thanks
