The spelling is almost correct; substitute a k for the c and you have
it.  I almost pasted in the recipe I have, but I remembered in time
that you don't want recipes from the Internet.

Baklava isn't really complicated, but you have to work quickly to keep
the Phyllo dough from drying out.
