Lunchbox Brownies from Oklahoma Natural Gas Co. 1 1/2 cups margarine, softened 3 cups sugar 6 eggs 1 Tablespoon vanilla 2 1/2 cups flour 3/4 cup cocoa 1 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream margarine and sugar in bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add vanilla and mix well. Combine flour, cocoa and salt, add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in chopped nuts. Spoon mixture into greased 13-inch by 9-inch baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 45 minutes or until brownies pull from sides of pan. Let stand for 1 hour. Cut into squares.
