Egg rings also do wonders in controlling eggs for flipment. If you don't
want to buy egg rings use a tuna can with the top and bottom removed, but be
careful not to slide the metal can around on any non-stick cookware. Get
tuna in cans that has a lip on both the top and bottom for this, if you can
find them. These make round eggs which also tend to not flop over the edges
of a bun on an egg sandwich, and you can also use them to make contained
scrambled eggs that also fit well on a sandwich.
