I've tried egg rings for frying. Never thought about trying them for scrambled.
thanks,

Egg rings also do wonders in controlling eggs for flipment. If you don't
want to buy egg rings use a tuna can with the top and bottom removed, but be
careful not to slide the metal can around on any non-stick cookware. Get
tuna in cans that has a lip on both the top and bottom for this, if you can find them. These make round eggs which also tend to not flop over the edges
of a bun on an egg sandwich, and you can also use them to make contained
scrambled eggs that also fit well on a sandwich.

Yes;I agree with Alice. I tried foil, and burned my fingers trying to
take it off. also, I like to add a few drops of water to the skillet.
It steams the eggs and helps to alleviate the crispy edges that
sometimes occur when frying eggs.
