I flip the egg, then pop a large piece of precooked sausage in the
microwave, drop a piece of cheese on top of the egg as it gets done and then
drop the sausage on it, take them out of the pan, and slide them on a bun
with mayo on both sides with a leaf of lettuce and a slice of beefsteak
tomato and make a great breakfast sandwich. It's my second favorite
breakfast sandwich, and it doesn't take all that long to make.
