Hi everyone! I have a question regarding broccoli and cauliflower. I've been told that they can both turn color, if kept too long in the fridge. How would a blind person know, when that happens? I've had cauliflower in the fridge since last Tuesday, and I've cut all the floweret's off. To me, it smells ok, I did eat one piece and it was still crunchy. I'm hoping it's still good to eat. I was thinking of making soup with it. My husband doesn't like either vegetable. So how do you know, when it's gone bad? Thanks for all your advice.
