Thanks everyone. I didn't have strawberries or coconut, so I tried the banana bread; we'll see how it turns out. I didn't cut things in half because I've been told that doing so can sometimes cause funny things to happen to the recipe. I figured I'd try a recipe specifically made for two bananas before I modified a different one.
