You can cook it in the microwave or conventional oven with chicken broth and
spices. About half a cup of broth for each 16 ounce package of frozen
cauliflower, broccoli, or asparagus. It works with fresh too. Place in
baking dish or microwave dish and toss with spices then pour broth over it.
Sprinkle a little paprika over the top for color.

Frozen:
Microwave about 6-8 minutes till desired tenderness
Bake in 350 oven 18-20 minutes or so.

Fresh:
Microwave about 10-12 minutes.
Bake about a half hour or so.
Suggested spices: parsley, sage, rosemary, Mrs. Dash, minced garlic or
onion, onion or garlic powder, -- you get the idea ...

Cooking times are not exact because it depends on how crisp you like your
veggies.

Subject: [CnD] wanting frozen cauliflower inspiration

Hi everyone,
I have some frozen cauliflower I need to cook but I'm all out of
inspiration. I'd really appreciate any recipes and/or your ideas. I can't
speak for anyone else, but at times the same recipes get boring.
Thanks much,
Nancy Martin
