THE BEST SWEET POTATO PIE
2 med. sweet potatoes, boiled, peeled & mashed
1/4 c. melted butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. granulated sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 unbaked 9" pie crust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, butter, 
brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, milk, pumpkin pie spice and nutmeg. Beat 
until well blended. Spoon mixture into pie crust. Bake until filling is firm, 
about 45 minutes.
