I made this for our cooking group pot luck yesterday. I omitted the bacon 
because one of our members doesn't eat pork. It was very good!
And, if  you throw the salad together a few hours before you're going to 
serve it, the broccoli won't get soggy. I threw it together on Thursday 
night, and we ate around noon the next day.

Broccoli Salad

1 large, or 2 small bunches of broccoli flowerettes
1 small red onion, diced
½ cup or 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup raisins

Dressing:

½ cup plain yogurt or sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Sugar, or to taste
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste.

Combine first 5 ingredients.
Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over salad.
Mix, cover, and chill.
