Place them in your favorite salad dressing and microwave them till tender or 
simmer them over the stove. My favorites are French and Intalian. 

Take them and simmer them in your favorite broth.  (chicken, vegetable, beef, 
etc.) You can put a little sauteed onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Add some 
rosemary, sage, and basil if you'd like. Simmer till tender. About 8 minutes in 
the microwave and 15-20 on the stove for me, but it's really your preference.)
