Pork chops with hominy I am not a fan of hominy, but this is a really good recipe. I even love the hominy in this. You can use chops with or without bones. In a skillet, brown enough pork chops to cover the bottom of a 9x13 or 10x10 oven safe baking dish. Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange pork chops in dish. Pour 1 29oz can of hominy over chops. Blend 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup with ½ can milk (use the soup can) and 1 envelope of dry onion soup mix. You may wish to add some pepper to the mix. Pour over hominy and chops and smooth out. Cover and bake at 325dg until pork chops are done. An hour should do it. If you dont want so many chops, simply cut everything in half and use a smaller dish. Be sure to refrigerate and use the rest of your soup. There are several pork chop with hominy recipes on the web.
