Or, if those suggestions don't work, how about some crushed croutons? I
hope I was helpful.

I wonder if some added seasonings and breadcrumbs would work? Or how about
crushing up some stuffing mix? soda crackers? Or, crushed Ritz?I might have
a copy cat shake and bake seasoning recipe. I'll get back to you if I have
it.

Subject: [CnD] stretching Shake and Bake

I've got one envelope of Shake And Bake coating mix for pork. I prefer the
taste of this over the original. I have 14 chicken drumsticks, and the
envelope will only sufficiently coat 9 or so. Any suggestions on what dry
ingredients I can add to stretch the coating mix to coat all of the chicken?
Thanks.
