Hi all, I have some salmon fillets to prepare for lunch tomorrow. The salmon came pre-packaged in a bag with some sort of sauce in separate packets. The bag gives no instructions on how to prepare the salmon with sauce. I've decided to marinade the fish in a soy sauce, olive oil, garlic and a little pepper. Then pan sear it and pour the sauce over it. Does this sound right?
