This sounds delicious. You can marinate if you'd like, but you can prbably just
put the sauce over the fish and bake at about 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or
till fish is flaky. (Defrost first if frozen) or look up how long to cook on a
foreman style grill brushed with a little olive oil and spice if you'd like.
Your pan method sounds devine though. Salmon is hard to ruin anyway because it
is tasty. Just be careful not to dry it out.

I hope everyone has a lovely holiday this weekend.

Subject: [CnD] Preparing Salmon

Hi all,

I have some salmon fillets to prepare for lunch tomorrow. The salmon came
pre-packaged in a bag with some sort of sauce in separate packets. The bag
gives no instructions on how to prepare the salmon with sauce.
I've decided to marinade the fish in a soy sauce, olive oil, garlic and a
little pepper. Then pan sear it and pour the sauce over it. Does this sound
right?

Thanks for any suggestions.
Kerry
