Place two slices of bread side by side on a plate, and butter them. Melt butter in a pan as you normally would for fried eggs, and crack two eggs into it. Cover the pan with a lid, and cook on low for two minutes. Put your eggs on the bread, and salt and pepper to taste. Put your sandwich together. No flipping is necessary because of the lid. That's all there is to it.
