Good afternoon. I'm going to visit a friend next week and thought I would cook her a couple meals. Asked her if there was any food she did not like or any allergies. She does not like onions, will not eat them if there's onions in it. Mustard, tomatoes, fish and she is allergic to walnuts and P cons. So, what would you suggest I make that doesn't have any of those things, or is it a lost cause
