I'd go for the spam myself maybe once a month. Fat is where flavor lives and anyone who has eaten an almond cookie made with lard knows what I'm talking about here. Cutting out fat in diets actually helps increase weight not decrease weight. New F.D.A. guidelines for food labeling effective as of 2018 support this finding too. Egg beaters hopefully will be discontinued since it's possible for people to eat eggs seven days a week and no they don't take cholesterol damage from them either. Guidelines for sugar are changing too. Added sugar should be no more than 10% of calories consumed in a day but sugars already in fruits and the like aren't counted against this 10% limit as they are now. Finally, calories are in process of going away since calorie counting even for dieters does not work. The diet industry has a 3% success rate for people and the success rate is figured this way. A person goes on a diet say and looses weight. The test is what is their weight five years after that diet. Only 3% of the consumers manage to have the same or lower weight they lost in the diet five years ago. If computers had a 97% failure rate, we wouldn't be communicating on this internet.

Mac & Chees is very good with some Broccoli floretts mixed in or a few chunks
of ham or ham steak. Spam is a very fatty meat and not so healthy. I think Ham
would be a better choice (IMO).

Hi, I am making macaroni and cheese tonight and have heard spam goes well
with it. Can anybody give me any ideas on how to doctor this recipe up and
add more fun things in or on this concoction to make it more fun to eat or
have spiced up? Thanks and have a blessed day.
