Pork Chops Hong Kong 1 (10 ounce) bottle soy sauce
6 to 8 tablespoons sugar 6 to 8 pork chops 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup Combine soy sauce and sugar. Pour over chops. Marinade in refrigerator for 1 hour. Transfer pork chops to 3 to 4 quart slow cooker. Discard marinade. In a bowl, stir soup until creamy. Spoon over chops. Cover; cook on low for 6 hours, or on high for 3 hours. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
