Streusel Coffee Cake 1 box yellow cake mix
1 package yeast 1 cup flour 2/3 cup warm water 2 eggs 5 tablespoons margarine, melted and cooled 2 teaspoons sugar 1 can pie filling Beat 1 1/2 cups cake mix, yeast, flour, eggs and water with an electric mixer for 2 minutes. Spread in 9 by 13 inch greased pan. Mix remaining cake mix with cooled margarine and sugar until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Top dough with any pie filling desired and top with crumb mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
