I wouldn't be comfortable trying it, but that's my preference. I've tried French press coffee at a friend's house, about 20 years ago. I wasn't too impressed with it.

Since it involves precise pouring over grounds and since I dont feel like burning my fingers with spilt hot water, I was wondering if anyones currently making their coffee this way and if they recommend any particular device that may be more accessible over another? It seems like the V60 is more dependent on the precision and flow of the stream. Dont know if the Chemex or Kalita or Melitta may be more forgiving in this regard. Ive also heard of the Stagg pour over brewing set. Anyway, any input would be appreciated.
