I am trying to understand what the benefit of the coffee pour over pot is?
Thanks.

Oxo makes an electric pour-over coffee pot. We have been using ours for at
least three years. The coffee is good, not as good as the coffee from our
French press was, but it made me nervous to be popuring boiling water early in
the morning when I'm never particularly alert, and the Oxo pour-over is a great
alternative.
