[CnD] Knowing when Milk is Boiled

Hello all, I am planing on doing a stovetop rice pudding recipe, and it 
says you need to boil milk.  Does anyone know how you can tell without 
sight whether milk has boiled, as it is very different to water.  Thank 
you.
