Keto PROBIOTIC KEFIR SMOOTHIE 


SERVINGS: 2 

TIME: 5 MINUTES 

 

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup kefir (coconut milk kefir or goat's milk kefir) 

1 scoop vanilla bone broth protein or vanilla collagen protein 

1/2 frozen avocado 

1 tablespoon cashew or almond butter 

1 tablespoon coconut oil 

1/4 cup water Ice (optional) 

Ground cinnamon, to taste 

 

DIRECTIONS:

Place all the ingredients except the cinnamon in a high-speed blender and
blend until smooth. 

Top with cinnamon.
